establish that:

The termination of resident assistant Brechje was based on a single incident. She was hospitalized with a torn meniscus the Monday after. The other resident assistant also knew about the incident. The deciding staff member is rarely present in the building and cannot adequately assess daily performance.

and request

DUWO to:

• formally reconsider and suspend the termination,
• conduct a reassessment involving multiple staff members,
• include resident feedback,
• clarify who is authorized to end a resident assistant agreement and on what grounds, and
• consider an independent review.
